• Spiritual Direction Supervision  I am well-trained by Lucy Abbott-Tucker, Spiritual Directors International (SDI), co-founder and worldwide expert on spiritual direction supervision. I have completed a total of 54 CEU under her teaching and practicum experiences. My coaching certification enriches my supervision skills.

I am comfortable in the space of "not knowing." I hope to convey a sense of hope and trust in the mystery of God. I listen well. However, my spiritual direction sessions can be conversational, especially in the beginning, as people often desire a casual meeting.  We follow the Spirit.

I offer tips and encouragement including:

• Scripture, lectio devina, visio divina, spiritual book recommendations.
• Different prayer practices including daily examen, centering prayer, contemplative prayer, imaginative prayer, silent meditation, metta (loving kindness), and discernment.
• Gratitude practice, journaling, pain and suffering, somatic work, breath work, anxiety and stress relief, and mindful artwork such as zentangles.

I am well-trained, certified, and supported by colleagues to offer spiritual direction.
